l189 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the l189 website at https://l189.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and account features accessible therein.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on l189 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on l189.
• "Balance" means the total funds, including real-money deposits and credited bonus funds, held within a Player's l189 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited by l189 to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification Documents" means the identity, age, and address documents that l189 may request from any Player at any time to confirm eligibility to use the platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated on l189.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the l189 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the l189 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all services offered by l189, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, jackpot games, slots, and the Mines Grand game category. Where specific game or product categories have supplementary rules, those rules are published on the relevant section of the platform and are deemed part of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Account Registration

To use l189's betting and casino services, Players must first register a personal account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one l189 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. l189 employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be permanently closed, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. l189 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact l189 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Accurate Information

Players must ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and up to date. l189 reserves the right to suspend any account where there is reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete. Players may update their account information by contacting the support team.

4. Account Verification

l189 is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform. As part of this commitment, we reserve the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers our fraud prevention procedures.

Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing current residential address for address verification.

Until verification is complete, l189 may at its sole discretion restrict certain account functions, including but not limited to withdrawals. Players are encouraged to complete account verification promptly to avoid interruption to their use of the platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

l189 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. l189 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Players whose accounts have been fully verified can expect withdrawal processing within one hour for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfers. l189 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on l189 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). l189 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. International card transactions will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the card network at the time of transaction; l189 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your card issuer.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed in the following circumstances: (a) where the Player's account verification is incomplete; (b) where the Player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud or terms violation; (c) where bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met; or (d) where the withdrawal amount exceeds the Player's verified daily or monthly withdrawal limit. l189 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal restriction to the Player via their registered email address within 48 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

l189 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. The specific terms of each bonus — including the bonus amount or percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games and bet types, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry date — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is active.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on l189 is stated on the individual promotion page. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, bonus funds are ring-fenced from the Player's real-money balance and may not be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are always available for withdrawal regardless of bonus status.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

l189 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay for the purpose of extracting bonus value; using low-risk betting patterns (such as matched betting or arbitrage) in conjunction with bonus funds; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, l189 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, void any winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the associated account.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's account. l189 will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on l189 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting sections of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. l189 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before or after settlement.
• Once confirmed, bets may not be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where a Cash Out option is available for that specific bet and market.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability and market suspension rules. l189 is not liable for in-play bets that could not be placed due to network issues on the Player's side.
• l189 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome has been influenced by match-fixing, corruption, or where reliable settlement data is unavailable.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. l189 reserves the right to impose individual Player bet limits at its sole discretion.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Tests, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with official match results as published by the relevant governing body.

8. Casino Games

l189's casino product includes live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, video slots from multiple certified game providers, jackpot games, and the proprietary Mines Grand category. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent technical auditors.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG game is published within the game information panel. Live dealer game rules, including table limits and side bet rules, are displayed within the game interface provided by the relevant game studio.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on l189 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Collusion with other Players, including sharing information about live in-play events for betting advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across l189 and other platforms using bonus funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use l189 for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing l189 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

l189 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for professional or syndicate betting in a manner that exploits the platform.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, l189 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits not associated with bonus abuse will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following an investigation period of up to 30 days.

11. Responsible Gaming

l189 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players have access to the following tools via their account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits and reminders, reality check notifications, temporary account time-outs, and permanent self-exclusion. l189 will not sell or transfer Player personal data to third parties except where required to do so by law, or where necessary to provide platform services (such as payment processing by bKash, Nagad, or Rocket). 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l189 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

l189 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of services. l189 will use reasonable endeavours to notify Players of scheduled downtime in advance.

l189's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their l189 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and l189, the Player must first contact the l189 support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period of not less than 14 days for the dispute to be resolved informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary.
